  • What is not included?

    • Flights.

    • Lift passes (available as a package for approximately $400 AUD).

Booking and Payment

  • What happens if I have to cancel my ski camp?

    • Up to 2 months before camp: Full refund.

    • Up to 1 month before camp: Refund of $1,000 AUD.

    • Less than 1 month before camp: No refund for last-minute cancellations (please claim through your travel insurance).

    • Lift tickets: Fully refundable at any time.

    • Waiting list: If your week has a waiting list, we may be able to negotiate a refund.

  • Do I need travel insurance?
    Yes, travel insurance is mandatory. Make sure it covers skiing accidents both on and off-piste.

Ski Levels and Conditions

  • What skier level do I need to be?
    We accept intermediate to expert skiers:

    • Intermediate: Confident in parallel turns on blue runs.

    • Expert: Comfortable in all terrains and snow conditions.

    If you’re unsure about your level, fill out our registration form, and we’ll assist you.

  • What are the conditions like in Furano, Japan?
    Furano boasts the driest powder in Japan, with 12-15m of snowfall per season. Temperatures range from -5 to -20°C, and visibility can vary. Good ski goggles with low-visibility lenses are essential—we’re happy to advise on gear.

Camp Activities and Logistics

  • What happens if we cannot ski due to weather conditions?
    If skiing isn’t possible due to weather, we’ll run an additional day on the Friday.

  • Do you provide transport?
    Yes, transport to and from the mountain is included in the camp package.

  • Can I continue improving after the camp?
    Yes! We provide access to CoachNow Athlete Space, where you can keep working on your skiing with feedback from our coaches.
